Management Team at First Immigration Law Firm

Entry to Canada with a DUI

Our Canada DUI entry legal team dedicates their time almost exclusively to matters of criminal inadmissibility. We represent clients throughout the Temporary Resident Permit and/or Criminal Rehabilitation application process, so they can stop worrying and resume regular travel to Canada. Our team has years of experience overcoming DUI’s, and other criminal convictions, that would otherwise render foreign nationals criminally inadmissible to Canada.

After a thorough consultation with a Canada DUI specialist, we provide a realistic assessment of the merits of your Temporary Resident Permit and/or Criminal Rehabilitation application. If we do not think you have a strong chance of succeeding, we tell you so candidly. In the vast majority of instances, we are able to help decent people with minor infractions, such as drinking and driving convictions, regain access to Canada.

Contact a Canadian immigration lawyer today and let us develop a strategy for you. Our end result is a thoroughly compliant application submission. Our firm’s high success rate is proof positive that our system works!
